The Terms and Conditions outlined below apply to purchases made from the Beyond Yellow Ltd website: www.beyondyellow.co.uk By ordering any of the goods listed on this website you agree to be legally bound by these conditions. You will need to accept these terms and conditions before you proceed with your purchase. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those aged over 18.

Placing an Order

We have made every effort to ensure that the colour of the products on our website is as accurate as possible. On occasion, the colours shown on the website can vary depending on your computer screen, tablet or mobile device. We cannot guarantee that the display of colour on your monitor will be completely accurate.

After placing an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted, this is just a confirmation that we have received your order. We must receive payment in whole before your order can be accepted. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item is out of stock or has been withdrawn due to a quality control issue. Once payment has been received by us and availability of the product you have ordered has been verified, we will send you an email confirming your order.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted on our website include VAT.

At various points in the year we may offer sales and promotions on select styles. Any such discounts cannot be applied unless reliance upon an applicable code is notified at the time of purchase.

Whilst we try to ensure that all information given on our website is accurate, errors might occasionally occur. In the unlikely event that either a price or description has been advertised inaccurately, we will be under no obligation to accept or fulfil the order and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. In this instance, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order or your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund you the full amount as soon as possible. In the event that the products have been recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.

Any items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of an out of stock item on our site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48hrs of the product becoming available.

Any promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount. If you have more than one promotional code, these cannot be combined.

Payment

Payment can be made through Stripe, alternatively you can use Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. When choosing to pay with Stripe, you will be directed to the Stripe site where you will be asked to ‘log In’ and review the amount before clicking ‘Pay Now’.

Delivery

All items that are in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours provided this is a working day.
In the event an item within your order is out of stock (and this was not apparent when you placed your order) we will inform you as soon as possible.

The goods will be delivered to you at the address you submitted during the order process.

Each online order will be delivered to a single address. If different delivery addresses are required for different items, you will need to place a separate order for each of the addresses that you would like us to ship to. Please note, we are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been placed.

Deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail, you will receive a tracking number from them once your order has been dispatched. Beyond Yellow will not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods, however this is caused. Any dates quoted for delivering the goods are approximate only.

UK standard delivery is free.

Orders placed on working days before 1pm will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery – Next Day Service.  There are restrictions in certain areas which may result in later deliveries for the following postcodes, please see below.

Cancellations

If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you have up until 1 hour following the receipt of your order confirmation to cancel the order by emailing our customer care team on: info@beyondyellow.co.uk

Returns Policy

We hope you love your new purchase. However, if something isn’t exactly what you were looking for, you will have 14 working days from the day of delivery to return your item. We have no obligation to refund any item if it is returned outside of the returns period.

We will examine any returned Goods and will notify you about your refund or replacement item via email within a reasonable period of time. We will process your refund as soon as possible, within 30 days but generally sooner, of the day we confirmed to you via email that you are entitled to it. Refunds will be made by crediting the same payment method you used to purchase the Goods.

All Goods must be returned in perfect condition. Your entitlement to a refund will be affected if your items are returned damaged, worn, washed, not in their original packaging or if you remove the labels and tags. Any non-faulty items that are returned in an unsaleable condition (for example, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded. In this case, we will contact you and arrange for your items to be sent back to you, we also reserve the right to charge you the cost of the return postage. Please note, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession.

Faulty items

We can offer a full refund on faulty items purchased within 6 months at the Company’s discretion. It is very rare that we have any faulty issues with our Goods as all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our high quality standards. If for some reason the Goods are received damaged, please contact us immediately.

Please take care when trying on your garments, avoid transferring cosmetics, deodorants or fragrances onto the fabric. Any items returned as faulty will be inspected by the Company. Any items that are returned as faulty as a result of wear and tear will not be considered to be faulty and will be returned to the customer. If you need to return a faulty item, please contact Customer Care, quoting your name, address, product description and a brief description of the fault along with your order reference number. Your return postage costs will be refunded if your Goods are deemed to be faulty.
